Readings

Request to book - Is a "request" system only. Please await your email to be assured of confirmation.

Payments - must be paid prior to your appointment time.

Rearranging - Understandably, postponements are sometimes unavoidable. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to rearrange. Regrettably, "No shows" & Cancellations (on the day) will still be charged.

TikTok - "live" readings are shared on the "live" stream. TikTok "offers" are *exclusives (followers only)

Private Readings - fully confidential & inline with GDPR.

Legal - I am legally bound to state: "tarot reading is for entertainment purposes only".

I respectfully reserve the right to turn down requests, if not consider beneficial or helpful to the individual.

General - I do not answer any questions about pregnancy, death, or health related matters.
Refunds - Not applicable on readings.

Returns Policy

Online Shop - I do hope you love your recent purchases but if you have changed your mind, please get in-touch to arrange a return within 28 days. A full refund will be issued within 14 days, upon receipt of your returns. Please note: all items must be unused, unopened and in their original state of shipping.

Exclusions - Gift cards/E-vouchers & Reading services.
